The location was convenient for my needs, and the shuttle service was helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a decent selection of items and saved me some money on food during my stay.

The noise level was unbearable. I could hear every creak and footstep from the people in the room above me, which made it difficult to sleep. The pillows were uncomfortable and provided no support. I had to ask multiple times for more pillows and blankets, and even then they were still not enough.

This hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions and amenities. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all needs were met.

The room lacked proper ventilation, leaving it feeling damp and uncomfortable.

Convenient location close to the airport and with a gas station and restaurants nearby. We appreciate the free shuttle service and park & fly option. The breakfast had a good selection with fresh and tasty options. The room was clean and well decorated, with fun towel details. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The bathtub floor was very slippery, and there were no towel bars or hooks near the tub, which made it hard to keep towels dry.

Helpful staff and great location! Carter Lake district deserves to be explored. Visited few places in the center, at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Great for family. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Appreciated that its rooms had climate control, cable channels and a work desk...

I liked that it was close to the airport with shuttle service provided so my sister & I could leave our car and get to the airport early in the morning for our flight out.

Staff were friendly.

The bed was very hard. We only had a few hours to sleep before leaving for our 4AM flight. I was unable to sleep at all because the bed was too hard.

The only thing I really didn't like was that the cleaning staff decided to do the vacuuming of the lobby during breakfast. It was very annoying to have to listen to a vacuum cleaning while trying to enjoy breakfast.

The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure my family had what we needed. We got in late and needed a little extra help.

It is close to the Omaha Airport and their connection to Budget for parking is very convenient

Very easy to find, accessible to freeways and expressways,and to towns north of Omaha where we had to travel too. Also staff very helpful and nice -- and a very good continental breakfast!!

Cleanliness all over, good parking. Rooms were nice, bathrooms were roomy. Beds were comfortable. Wi fi...loved that. Liked the closet space and desk... Good tv channels. The pool and hot tub were nice. Clean and well taken care of.

The breakfast was weak.. The egg and sausage tasted imitation.... Need whole wheat items and more fruit items. The equipment in the fitness center were not quality. Need another eliptical... And better equipment. Need some weights or kettle balls, and exercise ball.

The room was really nice. It was not crowded, was clean and comfortable. It was great to stay at the hi and have the airport shuttle service at 5 A.M. for the travelers instead of having to drive all night to be at the airport on time. The pool and hottub were nice as well.

The check in guy seemed a little crabby, he was busy, but not too bad.

The desk staff was friendly and helpful in getting us dinner reservations. The breakfast was available earlier than other hotels and had what I thought to be home made gravy with sausage not something from a can!
